This indenture made Oct 26 1881 between Samuel Gordon of Early County of first part and Thomas Gordon of same place of second part witnesseth that the said Samuel Gordon for and in consideration of One Hundred and Seventy Dollars in hand have by said Thomas Gordon ___?___ his signing sealing and delivering of these presence for bargained and sold and conveyed sum does hereby bargain sell and convey unto ___?___ Thomas Gordon his heirs and assigns all that tract of parcel of land in Early County known in the East half of Lot Number Two Hundred fifty Nine in the Sixth Dist. of same County same land lot containing One Hundred Seventy five acres more or less to have and to hold ___?___ bargains premiums with all rights numbers and ___?___ tract belonging to ___?___ the said Thomas Gordon his heirs and assigns ___?___ in fee simple. ___?___ ___?___ since Samuel Gordon truly Warrants ___?___ ___?___ to parcel land to said Thomas Gordon his heirs and assigns ___?___ ___?___ ___?___ of all ___?___ whomsoever. I certify with of to said Samuel Gordon for hereto set his hand and seal this day and year first above written.
