This Indenture made and entered into the 7th day of December one thousand nine hundred and nine between T. M. Gordon of the one part and Mrs. Amelia Gordon of the other part, witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hearby acknowledged. hath granted sold and conveyed unto the said Mrs. Amelia Gordon her heirs and assigns all that tract as parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Early as follows; Thirty five acres more or less in the North East Corner of lot of land #260 the same is known as lot #4 in the division of the Thomas Gordon Estate and lying and being in the 6th district of Early Co. Ga. which said tract as parcel of land the said T. M. Gordon will well and truly Warrant and defend from the claims of all persons whatsoever unto the said Amelia Gordon her heirs and assigns, for ever in fee simple. In testimony Whereof the said T. M. Gordon hath hereunto sets his hand and seal the day and year above written
